Homeopathic treatment of Motor neurone disease

Hi everyone,
i wonder if anyone has any comments on the treatment of Motor Neurone
disease.
I know someone who is in almost advance stages and I would like to
help. Please send your comments, this is such a debilitating disease.
Would you do contitutional treatment, or would you use the layers
approach, high doses or small doses... these is also so much
suppression..
