A person who needs any nutrient is apt to have issues in the areas that
the nutrient concerns, but the correspondence is not a simple one. If
you want to use it in a broad nutritional way but don't fit the broader
picture of silica, best would be to use it as as cell salt (usually 6x
potency). Are you familiar with cell salts?
