Disease incident trends v Vaccinations

Dear Sheri (especially)

I have seen charts showing for example the natural fall in common diseases
of children as living conditions and hygiene improved - this showed a
lowering of deaths etc well before the introduction of vaccines such as MMR
and DPT etc.

Please do you know where I can find this pls.
