vertigo/anxiety- urgent - also vision

Sorry - forgot to add that when vertigo kicks in vision is badly affected - patient says he feels 'blind' - sometimes light flashes and this causes extra panic
Hello all
I would appreciate input as to possible remedies that fit the following scenario. I have ideas on what to use but would appreciate your opinions on possible fit.
pain occiput left
pain side of face left
pain cervical left - occiput feels 'out of place'- chiros haven't been able to help for more than a few minutes
patient feels that when neck is in place for a few minutes after chiro adjustment all other symptoms are ameliorated
pain hip left
nothing ameliorates above symptoms
above symptoms worse on motion of head
vertigo on motion particularly if leaving the house to go in public
anxiety/frustration and builds to anger then later affectionate
fear of being alone
patient has had long term stress, has been assaulted and threatened

- this patient also has great difficulty walking - cannot touch first toes- slight touch causes great pain
