In last mail we consider head symptoms of GUAJ. in Chronic diseases of HMN. Here is GUAJ. Head in MM. of Boericke:

Gouty and rheumatic pain in head and face, extending to neck. Tearing pain in skull; worse, cold, wet weather. Feels swollen, and blood-vessels distended. Aching in left ear. Pains often end in a stitch, especially in head.

The most important point that is clearly found in its proving (CD) : Head pain end in a stitch.
