Help for digest readers

Dear all,
It would be a real help to Minutus digest readers if posters would cut all unnecessary stuff when they reply to messages.
Then digest readers wouldn't have to scroll through 3 "No virus found in this incoming message" messages, let alone total repeats of the last 6 messages in the thread they are replying to.
Quoting relevant parts of messages works -- hitting reply (or whatever does it) so that everyone else's comments are copied and sent yet again is fast, but it takes away from the point by obscurring it in useless total repeats of messages.
People who get individual Minutus messages can avoid this by just reading the new message and deleting. Digest readers can't -- if they want to read the next new message, they have to scroll through upteen old ones.
