Sexual impotency--please help

hi,

I am facing sexual impotecy please help
age: 29
Male
i get the erection in the intial stages of intercourse but fails in 5
to 6 mins
I get the erection in the early moring when i wakeup and get the
ejection with dream in the bed,ejection during motion as well.

please suggest

Now i am taking agnus cast Q 5 drops morning and night.
and one more thing
Taking two or more than one remedies at a time is recomanded ?
