Have you tried lower potency (say 6 or 12c) in the Rhus Tox or Arnica? I've recently had cases of 'accidents' or 'weather' bringing back old injuries and the lower potencies seemed to work best (when 30 and 200 had no reported effects) at least for the first week - later the higher potencies came into the picture and worked well. Also the cell salts mag phos and calc phos might be useful to consider for 'comfort' at this stage and they may be repeated as frequently as needed.
