This case begins to read like Alumina - but although the Sx we have are good
quality there is still a paucity of Sx. What type of head pain is it? Where
are all the modalities? Does he still have worms now? How have the Sx
changed since taking the medication? What makes him irritable? etc etc. As
always, tell us more please. But meanwhile look at Alumina

Also is it the laxative that is causing the hx, or whenever his bowels move
he gets a Hx. I.e is he better constipated?
