You may take the exam for free as self assessment but for receiving your International Rank or Claim the prize you will require to pay the exam fee.
Exam fee: 25£ by 1st of February 30£ after that

can we get the exam-questions somehow, somewhere, sometime?

Before we who did not take the test can make up my minds whether this
is/was a good idea we should get to know what it was like:-)
