Many thanks to all the kind people who replied to my post.

The picture soon developed to a Gels flu, which helps the person very much.

Thanks to all for this discussion. Last week I was able to respond fast to a sudden onset flu - cold, chills, white face, weakness and restlessness, fever, coughing etc. - I gave Ars 200 with very good results. Patient felt he was being "moved" through the stages of the disease at high speed - sore throat for two hours instead of two days, burning eyes for one hour instead of the usual longer etc. As the fever went down, his usual chronic symptoms reappeared (often cramps, exacerbated now by the coughing and chills he'd been through), which were helped by Calc 30, a remedy that has helped him before.
