is there any treatment for parkinson

Hi all

i,m Mona & my father is suffering from Parkinson disease. he is 62 &
had problem since three years. he had brain surgery almost 10 years
back & doctors put some packing in brain; he has been told that there
is an infection on left side of brain. his rhs trembles badly.

any advise. he lives in india .

ALSO
My cousin is suffering from tendonitis & bursitis in both shoulders.
he feel pain, stiffness, finger twitching. doctors advise him to take
cortisone steroid injections but he is avoiding it.it started two
years back after an injury.

can it be cured.
