Formation of Iranian Homeopathic Association (IHA)

The first general meeting of Iranian Homeopathic
Association formed in 20th of December 2001 with
presence of 110 MDs with homeopathy qualifications for
election of Board of Directors.

Following is the result of the election:

Main members:
1. Dr Ardavan Shahrdar
2. Dr Ali Mazaherinezhad
3. Dr Faranak Farzad
4. Dr Mehdi Movaffagh
5. Dr Abbas Yousefizadeh

Substitute members:
1. Dr Farbod Rahnama
2. Dr Mahmoodreza Darabi
3. Dr Alireza Faridazar

Main member:
Dr Farhad Rahmani-didar

Substitute member:
Dr Farshad Shaddel

The constitution of IHA was also approved in the
general meeting.

The internal arrangement of Board of Directors will be
determined in the following week.

IHA is the first legal homeopathy organization in
Iran, formed under the regulations of Ministry of the
Interior with permission of Ministry of Health and
Medical Education.
