Lichenoid dermatitis with sclerosis

Wife just called me that her husband was diagnosed by dermatologist as having Lichenoid Dermatitis with Sclerosis (not Lichen planus) located on penis (confirmed by biopsy). He has also had a number of very small skin cancers (basal and squamous) removed over the last 2 or 3 years from head and arms. Will be taking the case next week but thought it was an opportunity to do some research over the weekend. Any experience in dealing with this would be most appreciated.
