For flu prophylaxis the suggestions I've read called for either 30c or
200c (influenzinum or Gels or oscillo, or the genus epidemicus if
known) monthly during the season, or after exposure.

For no. 2, do you mean to aid the process of withdrawal? That's a
different situation, and I would guess the potency selection would need
to be more carefully individualized--tho i have no experience with that
situation, so I'm only guessing.
10M is probably too high unless either you are very sure of the remedy
choice *and* the appropriateness of the potency, or unless the
situation is extremely intense and urgent. That's my understanding,
anyway.
