Delivery needed

Hi all,

I have a patient in the States at the present who needs a remedy. I
think I can remember reading that you have an overnight service that
delivers.

Could somebody please give me contact details and how to go about
this? Can the person order themselves or does their practitioner have
to place the order on their behalf?
