I think you misunderstood my question - I was not questioning the value of homeopathy in individuals with old structural damage, or the ability of homeopathy to address such damage, but rather asking who had actually had experience with this - I would love to learn to what level and in what time frame you might expect to see healing, repair, regeneration, etc. from the perspective of those of you who have seen it. Any perspective on those who are better candidates for positive responses? etc.

I am suprised you think we do not see enough cases such as these - I often see individuals with damage that is multi-decades old - from a wide variety of injuries.

I actually have quite a lot of them now, Kiwis being keen on outside sports,
tramping and gardening, not to speak about rugby.
Because they are focalised lesions, I do treat them as such, not within the
realm of constitution, miasm, etc, they are IMO independent situations that
need to be treated as such but again individualised, e.g. a cartilage lesion
will have a different approach than a bone lesion or a combined lesion or a
disc lesion.
Moreover, there is a need for combined approaches with organotherapy,
acupuncture, osteopathy, body work like yoga, tai chi, swimming, again
depending on the structural damage.

I also have treated lots of this sort of thing, certainly from the
sporting world, but mostly post surgery or post car/bike or other
accidents.

well the emphasis was on the 'old' - in fact decades old as I
understood it, not injuries as in the recent present tense (of which I
have treated many as well) so how many 'decades old structural damage'
cases have people treated. Joy

Others I remember in similar vein, not all decades of injury but some
were and some just years. Most of the sport injuries have certainly
been over a year or two as they usually diudn't try homeopathy
until they'd tried everything else ,but I don't find there's any
difference in treatment because of the age of the complaint. The only
thing that I find does make a difference ids the age of the patient.

The important point about 'decades old' structural damage is not
whether it was long ago but whether it has changed since the injury
itself over time. i.e. has there been additional structural changes
over those years? If so that has to be addressed (obviously)

Frankly I do find (touch wood) that this type of condition is easier
to treat than some others, simply because the remedy is usually
clearly indicated

About a dozen.........decades old damage.........and no I do not have the
time to dig the charts out.....
