Rubric explantion pls

I had a new patient in who gets nausea when she is anxious

Do I need the rubric
Anxiety mod nausea with or Nausea mod anxiety with

It is doing my head in trying to work out which one I need!!!

It isn't a rubric you need to differentiate but the ranking of the sx
and deciding which it is, i.e. either anxiety or nausea - only your
case can tell you that. Joy
