autism and thuja.......advice needed!

Post by jensbeard »

Hi, My son is mildly autistic. I've just recently tried thuja for
vaccinosis (just 30x) and have seen amazing things! My son takes it
3 times a day, and we've seen drastic improvement in language and
much less irritibility. I'm interested in trying a much more potent
dose (say 200c) to see if the effects last longer. Caleb is 4 and
has limited language, some social issues, and extreme mood swings
(mainly irritible). Otherwise he plays normally, is extremely smart
(learning his abc's, #'s, colors quite early), and was a genuinely
easy-going baby. After 2 days of trying thuja, he came downstairs
saying all the words he knew with such a proud look on his face!!
Since then he's said several sentences, and many new words! The
effects only last until the next dose however. Does anyone have
some advice? or can suggest another remedy? We have no homeopaths
near us (nearest is 3 hours away) nor do we have gobs of money to
spend on internet/phone consultations. What we try is based on what
I discover and research. Caleb was developing normally until about
12-18 mos. I thought he would be my early talker since he babbled
SO early! However, he just never really progressed. He also walked
a bit later (15 mos). I think his 12 month vaccines were a shock,
and then later his 16 month ones put him over the edge so that by 18
mos, he was autistic. He now has food intolerances to milk, wheat,
soy, nuts, and chocolate where he will act out behavorially when on
these. I have him on a strict diet, and some supplements. He is
extremely picky with food, and veges are next to impossible to get
down him! Anyhow, that's his basic picture, but I'd really like
advice on thuja! He's reacted so positively that I want to make
sure I do the right thing on this! Thanks,

Jennifer (mom to 2 sets of twins and 1 autistic 4 year old)

Dear Jennifer,

The main thing now is NOT to overdose as you could turn things backwards. If he is improving then STOP the dosing and only repeat if he regresses again. You really should be working with a homeopath on this. By 200 do you mean 200x or 200C as there is a big difference.

All the best
