Reactions to rabies vaccine

Not to re-animate the spirited discussion of rabies prophylaxis, but an MD friend of mine is curious about whether there are any case reports of adverse reactions to the rabies vaccine. She's also a homeopath who had occasion to treat a man who did have an adverse reaction. She'd like to present the case but seeks more info on other possible reactions. Anyone out there with any experience in this area?
