Hi All,
I would like some input about one of my clients.
He pictured a Silicea but I wasn't totally sure so it was a
judgement call on my part to give him one dose 12C of Silicea, wait
and watch.
He told me he THINKS he had a touch more energy and a little more
feeling of well being but not much.
So I'm thinking this must be a correct Rx.
To make sure I was on the right track of Silicea after a month I
gave him 3 12C's am, pm and am. With the first dose he felt
nothing, second one nothing third dose he said he felt pretty good.
After a week he felt good and his painful feet were 50% better so
this made me happy.
That was the 27th of February.
As of this past week, he has had copper colored urine with a stone
in it (Siliceas purging), sinuse problems and now a pain in his
hip/but area. I suspect it's his Periformis muscle area better
known as Sciatica.
All these are OLD symptoms. He has had all of this before - it's
nothing new so it's not a proving.
In the meantime, he "feels sharp", touch more energy and less
depressed. So this tells me these are aggravations due to too high
a dose.
I realize that when you lower a dose you CAN get your old symtoms
back again but should I give him an LM or just continue with another
dose of the 12C's AFTER this has wore off.
I also realize Silicea can't be repeated too frequently.
What do you think? Is it ok to go back and lower the dose?
I gave him the 12C's because I wasn't sure it was correct.
Would I do harm to give him an LM now?
Thank you for your input I appreciate it.

Re: lowering the dose?
Hi Emily was wondering what you meant by 'lowering the dose'?? or did you
mean using a low potency?? It seems to me that you are doing fine. The
return of old symptoms with an increase in sense of wellbeing says to me
that the remedy is acting correctly and all you need to do is allow the old
symptoms to pass through and repeat the Rx only if the sense of wellbeing
starts to drop. Now that you have an idea that the correspondence is Ok then
you neednt fear using higher potencies if the 12C stops being effective
Return of old symptoms in my understanding is not an aggravation but rather
a movement of the remedy through the layers.
