Anouk is absolutely right about diet being a maintaining cause. Especially
if includes lack of fruit and vegetable or includes artificial things
(Sweeteners - esp Aspartame, unnecessary supplements etc)
A reasonable diet including fruit and veg in season together with
homoeopathy should ensure that we pick up sufficient for our bodies needs.
Artificial vitamin - if not needed - are not safe.
When one takes a Vit C tablet consider how many oranges one would have to
consume to achieve the same result.
How many carrots for a Vitamin A tablet etc etc.
