i have treated the similiar case one with sulpher 50M administrated in the night on the next day of fullmoon day.
and i treated similiar case with lachesis 0/6 in another case.
In the former case the sulpher totality was clear. And in the latter Lachesis totality was clear.
In both sulpher and lachesis, sleep aggrevation , left modalities, hot flushes are common. But i guess we can clearly distinguish between the two with peculiarities. Sulpher has burning of feet while lachesis has hot flushes. The tongue may give a clear picture for which lachesis has maps and sulpher has white coating or reddish burning.
I gave this just for a study.
