Sorry for my short answer, devoid of any further clarification on the suggestions. I was and I am still in a kind of a hurry over here.

I should add for the previous list of itens to be studied for the case:

Homeopathic remedies: Symphyntum officinale; Hekla Lava (this one should not be used fro much time). Arnica montana should be associated with Crotalus horridus for better effects, including for past and present bleedings.

I ought to say that an association composed of vitamins D3, A, K2 (MK-7 type), whole spectrum of B Complex in proper doses is vital. Dolomite (and/or both salts Ca(HPO4) + Ca(H2PO4)2 ).

Have you found a homeopath? Have you asked them for help with the fees? Most of us do some form of reduced fees or charity care.
There is a difference between unable and unwilling to pay.

We homeopaths need to earn a living too. It takes years of study and training and many more years of experience to be really good at what we do.

You should be willing to pay something though. Experience has taught me that those patients who pay nothing usually want instant results, have no respect for our efforts and stop treatment quickly. They have made no investment and really don't care.

Find a professional near you, it doesn't hurt to ask.

Go to the Council for Homeopathic Certification Website, there are 11 names there. Be sure to call and speak with the homeopath, you want someone who can work with you and you feel comfortable speaking with. Even if someone is a bit too far away from you, they may know a good practitioner closer to where you live who may not be certified.

And, before we go too far, I agree certification does not prove a homeopath is a good practitioner, but it does prove the homeopath has had a certain level of education. All good practitioners are not certified! And all certified practioners are not good - but the odds of finding a good one that is certified are better.

Talk to the practitioner, see if you resonate with them and see if they will work with your situation.

Best to go by word of mouth...................I know of none there, but in Denver is an excellent homeopath - Steve Waldstein.
I also refer to homeopaths who work by skype/phone/email (so you can have treatment at a distance) and it works very well for them.
