Monday morning, 9 hours later.
The energy is quite strong, and I had no problems, unless you think that my phlegm turning black-purple is a problem. That is really weird. This was many hours after eating the grounds.

Funny that you should mention this. I just ate all of the grounds from my hibiscus brew. I looked at it, and it was SO black and so beautiful, I thought, that must good for me. It tasted great; the texture was like a little gritty. That was about an hour ago. If you don't here back from me tomorrow, you'll know that it isn't good for you. (:->)
But I think that it will be good for me. I think that the energy is very good.

If I remember rightly, too many causes liver damage.
They are best used as condiment rather than vegetable?
