If not, what has made you think that Merc is the answer in this case?
In any case, the justification of the choice of remedy is always highly educational.
If yes, is that not using potentised materials in an allopathic way?

That is not individuation.
All the symptoms listed are common symptoms for this diagnosis - "He his very artistic plays computer games .the only trouble he has is his speech and he is a bit hyper"
In order to find the right remedy we need to find what makes this child unique - what are his unique symptoms, not common symptoms that most have that give them the autism diagnosis.
Mercury may be one remedy, but we need much more of the symptom picture. There are dozens more remedies that may be the remedy.
There was not enough to go on for this person to recommend mercury
