It would be a scary dream for me. But your patient is not me. So be careful.
You can use delusion rubrics as well as dream rubrics (Farokh Master). Dreams of being murdered.
Has energetic problems in the 2nd chakra? Reproductive symptoms, problems with a sense of self-worth? Syphilitic symptoms of piercing, stabbing pain? Abdominal issues. Issues with people who know the dreamer's name.
I would base the interpretation on the dreamer's reaction to the dream on waking, themes in the dreamer's case and a guarded use of standard interpretations of such dreams. Archetypes... The last one has to match the first two to be valid for the case.
