I agree with the Puls for turning the baby but it is also worth noting that 
at times (esp if baby is big and already sitting low in uterus that it can 
be helpful to sleep with the foot end of the bed raised a little ( not 
always that comfortable if you have heart burn) as this allows gravity to 
drop baby higher into uterus and clearer of the pelvis giving more room for 
the baby to turn more easily. I can vouch for this as I had to use it twice 
myself as living in central Australia I could not give birth at local 
hospital unless babies were cephalic presentation by 37 weeks. I did not 
know the wonders of homoeopathy in those days but turned two babies this 
way. I massaged the babies from outside and encouraged them to turn - both 
times took 1 1/2 nights before I could take the bricks out from under the 
bed!!!
