Dear Marleen,
We have a dog over here we're treating for something
similar Ankylosing Spondylitis; his lower vertebrae deteriorating. He is a
big old dog in Softeland (Norway),
but his owner rings me frequently for treatment advice (I am in London UK)
and we seem to be getting useful positive results. Some of the treatments I
have recommended are actually OT for this NG, (such as magnetic pulse
therapy much used in the UK for stimulating repair of damaged bones) but the
homoeopathic treatment seems to be having the most amount of positive
effects. It is Electronic Homoeopathy, which can be used together with
Classical Remedies. The dog seems much better for it.
This dog had pain especially at night when he would wake up in the night
and whimper
and wriggle. He now has peaceful nights' sleep. He also had bloodshot
eyes -they are now clear. He also had, of course, difficulty to use his hind
legs and this is now much improved,
he does not leap about like a young puppy, but he gets about OK now with
much less pain and trouble, so his quality of life is much improved, he can
now get up more easily.
The owner placed a piece of sheet metal (cooking foil) under the Dog's
sleeping blanket.
The dog did not need to touch the metal. This is connected by a wire to the
Electronic Homoeopathy Unit (battery powered, no line present), and takes
vibrations including those of the Pathology conditions into the Unit, where
they are converted into multiple potencies and transmitted back to the dog,
which then reacts as if he had taken a remedy; classical remedies can also
be applied to him this way without deterioration of the remedy, by placing
the remedy onto an input to the device. The remedy is not used up, but its
vibrations are applied with therapeutical effect.
I do not know whether the dog you are treating has the same condition,
but it seems similar to me, and at least here we are having very positive
results with a similar case,
so there seems to be some possibility of Hope, Regards, Tony

My understanding is that short-term steroid therapy is less apt to
cause a serious problem. Suriya Osman has written about seeing
ACTH/corticosteroid in low potency reverse the negative effects of
steroid therapy (re-activating the adrenal glands), permitting remedies
to work normally again, and in some cases even reversing the problem
for which the steroids were given in the first place. Has anyone here
tried this with a patient who had been on steroids?

Marleen, was the dog treated with any flea and or tick products? I am working on a kitty that has locomotor ataxia from what I think was due mostly to a leave-on flea treatment. From what I can gather, the flea treatment works by short circuiting the brain.
The best results I had are from Heloderma and Gels.
Good luck

the situation improved a little, he needs soms lifting to help him turn his

he did manage this morning on his own in a few seconds, once he stands he

so im still wondering if we are on the right track...
