the temptation to use an acronym if possible because the UK ones are often different than elsewhere

(eg what is PCO?). Thuja (sil complement); Sulph as an intercurrent? Calc? calc-f? calc-s? Any suppressed grudges or forgiveness issues (nit-ac). Is there any snake in the case? puls- better with limb up, worse with it hanging down--vipera the opposite. Carb-an---may have a peculiar hearing keynote whereby they cannot localize the source of the sound; in case that helpful.
