Hi Rochelle,
Which version of the Organon did your school teach?
I don't imagine that the school covered the relevant material in the 5th &
6th Organon, then went on to teach something altogether different.. ??
And for your part- having been exposed to 5th/6th Organon, and to the fact
that this multiple dose you are using is directly contraindicated by 6th
Organon - you see absolutely no reason to question routine multiple dosing?
If you have not yet caused any severe aggravations, you are lucky.
You might consider that any aggravations you have caused -could likely be
related, and in the future could likely be avoided by learning and
practicing the posology that Hahnemann practice and taught instead of some
bizarre happenstance invention which violates fundamental principles
of homeopathy.
I hope that you never have reason to think back on this sorrowfully.
I wonder if you'd be willing to relay these concerns to the Head of your
college?
regards,
Dave Hartley

help with case please/split dose
Re: help with case please/split dose
Hi Dave,
Just to upset you even more :-; I routinely prescribe Carc. in a 30, 200, 1M
as does my homeopath who incidentally is the head of college of homeopathy
and lurks on this list!! Reason? From my own clinical experience I have
had no aggravations prescribing it this way whereas before I got
aggravations even from a 30C or a 200C one dose.
The head of the college I used to go to does not take kindly to criticism
and no way would I dare put your point to him. Sorry!! I have to say that
there are many homeopaths out there not just me who uses dry doses rather
than LM's. I repeat again , that as long as it is working for me and my
patients I am happy prescribing this way. I can assure you that I do take
note of how sensitive a patient appears and also, as I have posted
previously all patients are told that if they have any immediate reaction to
the first dose they are to contact me and not take the second dose.
Occasionally this does happen but not often.
Sorry for the delay in answering but I have been to the Dr Ramakrishnan
Seminar on Cancer prescribing over the weekend. I have to say that his
prescribing is definitely not a la Hahnemann!! However according to
practitioners who use this method it can work well.
All the best,
Rochelle

help with case please/split dose
I wonder if that is based on admonitions against repetition of nosodes..
maybe you could ask him?
