It is an enzyme derived from Natto, a form of Japanese fermented soya.
Very effective at keeping the blood in a state where abnormal coagulation does not happen while not preventing clotting in cases where it is needed, like cuts and trauma, although takes a bit more time.
I would not use it in an acute situation....maybe I am wrong but I have no experience with it in those cases.

I would agree if it were a new clot but don’t feel it would touch an old one.

Nattokinase : I use a vit k2 by Solaray that is made from nattokinase. Is
needed when one takes high vitamin D supplements.
