why not deal with the problem as an acute injury and then go on to more constitutional remedies.
maybe arnica or bellis perennis to begin with for injury or some other remedy that you might
find more appropriate.

Was the baby vaccinated. If so I would also add peanuts to the list.
Also, I don't know if the effects of things like DMSA ALA Selenium or cilantro get thru the breast milk but worth a try to supplement with if baby was vaccinated

But she could be thin if or because her "healthy" diet is in reality not healthy......many of my patients do tell me they follow a healthy, natural diet, and when going into details we found soy, dairy, gluten, no good fats and very little real proteins...and a rabbit diet is not a healthy human diet 
My patients generally comment afterwards that they did not realise how much better they could feel, how easy it was not to consume the "forbidden goods" and how easy it is to go back to a more youthful figure.
On top of that, I insist again that when the nutrition is correct, the remedies do work better, deeper and faster....huge difference since I started being anal about food almost 10 years ago, if not more.
