Ferrum Phos. is supposed to be good at helping absorption of iron - and is particularly useful if one cannot tolerate iron in crude doses. So you could make sure her diet is varied and healthy, make sure she is not drinking tea with every meal (this carried iron out of the body) and the Ferrum Phos. should take care of the rest.

If iron really is the issue, the best source would be grean leafy veggies since it is more bioavailable.

Usually we get lots of iron in our diet and absorbtion is the problem.

Might try some digestive enzymes and betaine hcl to boost stomach acid, but you can test for that also.

Is she a vegetarian? Might try some spiralina which has B12.

Like the doc says, she needs a good general and nutritional checkup
as well as a homeopathic intake.

Every client seems to say, "Oh, my health is pretty good, except..."

and Dr. J. Rozencwajg I understand your point, I am not sure about you but often I have family members ask about something for their health and only give me a little info......i guess at her age I am looking at giving her something more palliative to reduce the fatigue
