Dear Ellen and Rochelle,

I also use cell salts in water and they work great. One tablet in a glass of water sipped as needed works well for the discomfort of varicose veins ( or veins that close to becoming varicosed !). Thirty five as a nurse is tough on veins !

Bioplasma is sold at Whole Foods in US. I do not know how widely they
are spread in UK, but the last time I was in London - I saw one there.
You might want to call them and check if they carry it.

Hi Ellen,
I think you're referring to my talk about diluting them? All I can say
is, they certainly do work that way! At least have done just fine for
me; I can't tell any difference, except that taking them diluted is
MUCH easier! Which kind of shoots the idea that they're about
"substance" rather than "energy", hm? (I was told that they're
titrated; and tho each is also used as a "regular" homeopathic remedy,
when using as a "cell salt" the potency is usually 6x, tho for some
purposes 12x or 3x; maybe someone else knows more detail.

If you are thinking the same way I am, am going to try using them consistently. The cell salt appear to be different than a remedy, so that is still not clear. Maybe it is a matter of how much of the physical substance you need. A remedy will not give you the physical substance, and the cell salt will. Still the amount of the substance that the cell salt will give is far below the normal amount given as a gross physical substance.
