Am still not paying out for 12 tubs of single cell salts when it can be bought together in 1 tub!! I will wait until I know someone going to USA. In what sort of place would you find them- any pharmacy?

Not usually in a pharmacy (tho some carry it), but more likely in a
health food store, or any other place that carries homeopathics. Last
time I got mine on-line, which actually was cheaper. (I'd have gotten
it "in person" if I'd had a source available, tho.) One source is

But, I'd think that experimenting with cell salts only thru Bioplasma
would be a bit like learning homeopathy only thru Sulphur. They
have their different places... And, spoiled as I am by higher
potencies and more broadly matched remedies, I definitely can't see it
as a *replacement*, but seems awfully nice as another mini-toolchest!

Hi Rochelle and Donna,

My first impulse would be to use the cell salts as you do Rochelle. I guess they must work the way you use them. Skepticism always gets the best of me and I don't keep up using them so I can't attest to anything.

But, don't they usually recommend that you take a certain number (several) tables of cell salts several times a day? There are usually no instructions to dilute as you are, Rochelle. Someone said that they are not diluted the same way as homeopathic remedies. They said up to 12c they are titrated rather than just diluted in liquid. I was under the impression that they were succussed, but maybe not if they are titrated. Of course the potencies go beyond 12c.

The relationship between the x potencies and the c potencies are again unclear to me. I am not sure why you would select one rather than the other or at what level. Maybe by homeopathic standards?

Dear Ellen,
I don't take cell salts very often and if I do its the combo for sinus and catarrh where I put 4 on my tongue and let them dissolve. If I suggest to patients that they get them they take them as per instructions on the tub which is to dissolve 4 on the tongue 3x a day or in an acute situation up to every 20 mins. I have never tried them in water. (that's Shannon who does that!)
If I can get hold of the Bioplasma I wouldn't mind trying it on myself.
