sorry for the abortive post.
united states is under the thumb of the pharmaceutical corporations.
the current bush administration received more money from this business
sector than any other. it granted immunity to these corporations for any
damage from vaccines and, under the fda, set up a process of fast tracking
drugs onto the market. the number of vaccines has been increased to 65
before a child is 5 yrs old. they are trying to make gardisil and meningitis
mandatory now. schools are threatened with loss of federal dollars if students
aren't fully vaccinated. schools have no incentive to permit exemptions from
vaccines.
we call this medical fascism!

Some states are pretty liberal (in some you can get exemption even for
"personal belief", whereas in others you need to go either "religious"
or "medical"), but I think one or two offer no exemption at all. And
even within a state that *does*, some schools are unconcerned about a
child's immunization status, while others will accept only the "fully
vaccinated."

i live in the US and i know that you can fill out what they call the
"blue form" which is an exemption from vaccination. here is a link i
found that has info for every state...

No point.
Homeopathy builds resistance to the microbe, it does not create
antibodies.
Antibodies are the body's SECOND (or somewhere even further down the
road actually) line of defense.
They are called in to fight a microbe AFTER there is already an
infection that the rest of the system could not handle.
The first line of defence is the Th-1 cytokine response that sends
macrocytes or killer cells etc to engulf and destroys the microbe
BEFORE it can set up infection - so no symptoms ever develop.
It is far more appropriate than any other prevention method. All it
does is build health. See the Organon - provers of remedies - taking
remedies when healthy - causes very robust health and resistance to
all kinds of things (not the Organon wording which please feel free
to check on).
Of course there is no need to use 5000 different remedies all for in
case you get their symptoms. It's a waste of time - just use those
where the risk outweighs the hassle of doing it.
Arm yourself (and them) with Isaac Golden's book/s.
:-)
Then use remedies appropriately.
Sorry - No.
Namaste,
Irene

That's not strictly true. Researchers measure all kinds of cytokine
levels in the immune system and can see if they are in balance
(healthy) or not. In fact after vaccination they are VERY unhealthy
(Th-2 skewed - as research does show).
But the "regular" kitchen sink test is an antibody-related one.
Actually if you have balanced cytokines you are healthy:-)

not true in reality. many school districts won't accept it.
and every state has its own laws at to whether they accept
an exemption or what kind of exemptions are allowed. many
used to go for religious exemptions but they are hard to prove
unless you belong to a known and accepted group such as
jehovah's witnesses--for a long time. new york has been trying
to eliminate all exemptions and adopt the cdc schedule of
vaccines which include 65 before entering school, repeats of the
tdap at age 11-12, and mandatory meningitis when going to
college. 2 bills were defeated this past year on the meningities
vaccine and cdc schedule without any exemptions. but for how
long will they be able to be held off?

Thank you everyone. Fran that was good info, thanks, and I understood
your nudge to search just fine :) Yes, true immunity is not the point
here, it's just them being able give them what they (ignorantly)
consider to be the indicator of such.
So I guess no one has specific cases on here - I'll do some digging.
It is in the U.S., and totally medical fascism I agree.
There is a second complication in that the parents are divorced and
Dad is threatening to sue if she does 'do the right thing' to get the
child into the school. I'll ask if she has any room to consider
another school but I get the sense she is cornered.
