You may very well be right - but this kinds of arguments only convince
those who do not need convincing.

To convince others, other strategies are needed. By others I do not
mean the skeptics whose minds are nailed shut. There are lots of
others - IMO the majority - who can be convinced by evidence but not
by speculations about possible sleight-of-hand etc.

So here is my suggestion:

One of the homeopathy associations start a collection among homeopaths
for the purpose of having the experiment re-duplicated by an
independent lab with a high credibility rating on both sides of the
issue. A protocol should be worked out on how to do the selection of
the homeopathic (high potency!) remedy. This protocol should also be
aaczepted by both sides.

Then, before starting, it should be publicised that this will be done
and that the results will be published - no matter how they turn out!

That would be sort of a Randi bet from our side - without any prize
money involved.
