I would have started on either 30C or LM01
What was the justification for repeat 1M after just 1 week?

a lady forty yrs old who had headache and weight loss for last 22
months.at that time she had lost her child in acar accid.
from that time she takes very little food .she wase 97 but now she is
only 40.please let me know what to do with patient

Phos.acid has prominent headache symptoms and emaciation associated
with grief.. I would suggest reading it in Hering's 10 volumes...

Is all the more indicated if the patient is drowsy most of the time;
shows indiffernce, < sour food etc.

Details of the accident - how did the accident take place? Is there
any information about how she reacted immediately after the accident-
any thing that stood out peculiarly? Anything that she was saying
repeatedly etc.
I would explore more about what her thoughts are, what kind of food
does she take, how her sleep is , personal hygiene, bowel movements
etc.

Also how she reacts to and relates with other children if any, husband
and other relatives...also does anyone know what she thought about the
accident-

Does she work? What does she do in the house most of the time?

How has her menses changed?

(causa occasionalis) alone, no matter whether the present symptoms or
those after the cause were similar to the remedy.

A case similar to yours - the husband had killed himself and their
only child - he cured with Na. mur.

Dear Luise and Gian
I am not denying the fact that Nat-m can be curative in such cases. BUT the fact that Nat-m had cured a case of a loss in someone else is irrelevant.
What I am saying is that there are a lot more remedies that may be needed - what is required is more information because with the rubrics I had selected based on the info given some 53 remedies covered the symptoms.
So we have to some how eliminate 52 to chose the similimum covering the totality. For example we do not know what type of a headache it is.
We do not know how the patient feels (apart from grief) - Is she angry? Is she silent? Is she weeping? and so on.

Hi Soroush,
That's just the point.

The way this Dr. Eichelberger worked and taught, all this does not
matter for the selection.

You might compare these sx to the "secondary symptoms" of Ardavan's
theory. (There are differences, I know).

One of the cases where Eichelberger worked this way you can find on my
site in detail.
