I fail to see how we can determine someone's ethics by their political positions. I also fail to see how ethics has much to do with whether a politician is going to be pro-homeopathy or anti-vaccines.
Right wing politicians are fully aware that being in the middle is better in order to garner votes, but they insist upon their positions because of ethical and philosophical reasons. It's just that their ethics and philosophy are not the same as the left wing politician's, and so left wingers insist that the right wingers have no ethics and philosophy. When in fact, both wings have ethics and philosophy, they are just different ethics and philosophy.
I tend to be on the right because I am uncomfortable in large groups and I hate having someone else tell me how to think and feel. I basically distrust the crowd/mob. I have very few friends because bullies in grade school taught me that crowds cannot be trusted and are NOT a source of love and affection. I am sure that most conservative would castigate me because of my positions on homeopathy and vaccines and health in general.

Politics, homeopathy, and vaccinations
Re: Politics, homeopathy, and vaccinations
The truth is that us alternative healing folks, ESPECIALLY homeopathy people, have very few friends in society at large. The politicians will follow the people, and we need to get more people on our side. Short of Divine Intervention, I think that testimonials work the best, at least for me.

Re: Politics, homeopathy, and vaccinations
Of course there is uncertainty/risk with testimonials and ANY other source of knowledge. And the more that I look at testimonials, the better I get at discerning the lies. We are surrounded by lies. Go into any grocery store and walk the aisles; almost very square centimetre that your eyes fall on is a lie and/or a distortion. Even the placement of items is a manipulation.
There are 3 sources for truthful testimonials that I can think of off hand. The Cure Zone. Earth Clinic. And Amazon reviews. There are more. There are many websites that gain nothing from their testimonials. A testimonial source in a website that is trying to sell you something is next to worthless.

Re: Politics, homeopathy, and vaccinations
I find that patients do not want to spend extra time reviewing their healing process. They just want to be healed. It is a natural tendency. I do agree with you Roger. I can tell when I am reading phoney testimonials.

Re: Politics, homeopathy, and vaccinations
I like Amazon's reviews partly because they are not shy about publishing negative feedback. With the Bioplasma, the only negative feedback I saw was "It didn't do anything for me", which is actually neutral feedback, except for the $14.71. But, hey, ya' gotta accept some risk.
