Thank you for your input. You have some very good points. I appreciate your comment about if the condition was better than when the remedy was started then stalling, meaning the remedy has done all it can. The remedy may have very well been only palliative…how disappointing. I toiled greatly in determining that remedy. When it was helpful in the beginning, I was so pleased. It’s so difficult for me decide when it’s not the right remedy or not the right potency as Dr. Joe talked about (I did reply to him, but never saw it post).
I definitely need and desire to know about miasms! That is a good point about constitutional remedies being miasmic remedies as I know the rubrics selected should include health related inherited predispositions. Hadn’t really thought of constitutionals like that.
As far as a place to deepen my knowledge…I’ve been working on that. The last year or more, I’ve not taken on many new cases because I feel I still have so much to learn. I’ve been studying with Irene from the beginning and have learn MUCH from her and continue to work with her and learn from her, but she only has so much time and energy. I would very much like to do a ‘mind meld’ with her!
