Re: using cell salts
Maybe, if the person needed help with each of them. But why take them separately? You *can*, but sometimes a combination is simply more efficient for the job.
Why not simply use the standard approach for cell salts, examine the overall symptom picture, and take those which are indicated? It *is* a different process from the "regular" single remedy homeopathy. More limited in many ways, yet also more flexible in other ways.

You can use as many at a time as you need for your symptoms. General rule is first to use for your dominating or acute ailments, then for your sub-chronic or chronic health problems. You may continue taking them for a long time if your health progresses. Calcarea Flour should be taken in weekly intervals, as it has very deep effects.

Have you done some goggling on "cell salts" or "tissue salts"? (Same thing.)
Basic information is easily available on line, and there are some very nice books available. Two that I've especially liked are Skye Weintraub's "Natural Healing With Cell Salts", and "Facial Diagnosis of Cell Salt Deficiencies" -- both available on Amazon. Vinton McCabe's "Healing Echo" looks interesting too -- and there are others to choose from. But googling would get you started even sooner and cheaper.

I just read on a description of cell salts not to take calc fluor more than
once a week. I tried to find the site. I'll keep looking.

Re: using cell salts
Easiest way to get a feel for them -- or for any remedy -- would be for acutes. That's where you can see very concretely what's "working"! I highly recommend beginning with something like that. (headache? injury? bite? rash? cold? toothache, infections, etc.)
And/or, the book "Facial Diagnosis of Cell Salt" (something like that) -- or other sources of information on specific *visible* effects of specific cell salt deficiencies -- you would be able to see what changes in your own face, from taking them. (Though I find it can be more difficult to read things in one's own *face*, just as in other parts of one's own "case"! But some things are evident.)
And some of the books give specific guidance about how much / how long…
Good luck, and enjoy! I've found them very rewarding and useful.
