Quivering eyelid

Hi me again!
I have a work colleague who's eyelid (right) has been quivering most of the time for quite a few days.

i have looked under the rubric & there are loads of remedies! Altho he would like to try a remedy he is also very sceptical (we havent had much success for a problem in the past), so im wondering if anyone can give me any hints. there are 4 rxs in black type, but i dont think he will be willing to just try each one in turn & then it could by any of the others.

Isnt it a deficiency of zinc or something?
any suggestions would be appreciated.
