Vitiligo case

Post by Jan Klüssendorf »

Dear List,

Akhilesh Raja reported some weeks ago an extraordinary healing of Vitiligo
with Lyc.

I have now a vitiligo case and would love to hear your comments or
suggestions if you like.

20 yr girl
Looks well groomed. Slender but not slim. Clean skin. Dark hair and eyes.
Since about 10 years white pigment spots (vitiligo) in the face. Got up one
day with it. No cause known.
Has grown over the years but stabilized since some years.

Other complain is constipation (is only able to have movements twice a
week). She has almost no urging. Stool is dry. Not much flatus.
Advised her in a previous contact to replace breakfast by fresh ripe fruit
(which btw she hates in the morning, not in the rest of the day), but which
already worked out wonderful: now, when she keeps her diet, she has
movements almost every day).

Suspicious to new people, out of a fear to be deceived.
Hates people who dawdle or arriving late to an appointment.
Is rather meticulous re her school or work, but her room is a mess.
Is afraid of all rodents, to be alone in the house (at night), to get a
serious disease (cancer), of death

She gets now and then a headache (forehead, pulsating like the heartbeat)
caused by being a while in the sun or in closed (class) rooms.
Likes fresh air, but doesn't sleep with open windows in winter.
Is not very chilly, rather warm-blooded, but not striking. But feels
uncomfortable in warm heated rooms.
Prefers summer, dry and warm.
Perspire relatively easy, on her back. (not very marked however).
When she has a fever, temperature keeps low.
Gets easily a bladder and (once) a kidney infection (used antibiotics for
that).

Is very thirsty (water) in de morning when getting up, in the afternoon and
at evening. Likes to drink rather big quantities at once.
But hates cold drinks and cold food.

Doesn't likes: butter, broccoli, cauliflower, sauerkraut, beans,
Likes: meat, fat, salt, soft things (pasta etc..) on which she doesn't have
to chew much.

Menstruation: nothing special. Is on the anti-conception pill.

To me Ars would be the remedy to start with, although some symptoms don't
fit.
Any comment would be very much appreciated.

Jan

I would probably start with Sepia, myself.
Check out Calc, Phos, and Sepia.
I had very good results with many cases of vitiligo, using these remedies. I
also use a specially processed aloe gel topically, sometimes with thuja
tincture mixed in, depends on case....
Leaving for a while....be back online in Sept.
Thanks,
Cindee

Dear List,
Hi Jan, hope you are doing well. A few comments, nothing conclusive. My first impression was to check out Calc-ars because of the cluster: fear rodents, constipation, (messy room, and not chilly like we like to see our ars-alb people). Have given calc-ars once with success (menopausal woman fleshy and was really an even mix of the two components, with a fear of birds , desire soup, insecurity with suspiciousness/mistrust. and probably some other keynotes. dont know what it looks like in younger person. Calc-ars itself doesnt come through the rep below well but that may not
rule it out. Ars-s-f comes through also (sulph-aversion sauerkraut, messy room, not chilly). calc-s could also be studied and ruled out.(but case no hx abscesses, less arrogant). nat-c (sun headache-bold and punctuality thing (natrum) and bold for vitiligo and in vitiligo face- should be looked at. ant pituitary , cyt-l , mandragora to be studied to check out. Sulphur always a possiblity with a messy room/averse sauer, bit warm, but case seems more fearful/calc-ish and maybe a compound.

Hope these helpful comments.
