dizziness

I need some recommendations for a remedy for dizziness. It is from withdrawal symptoms from an antidepressant. I am dizzy pretty much all the time now going on two weeks. I am functioning, but not well. I also feel "fuzzy" in the head - not mentally sharp. One weird symptom is that I get shivery from touching cotton like materials, especially toilet tissue and kleenex. Almost flu-like from this. I am also getting hot flashes on my face like I used to when I was going through menopause. Someone told me that the antidepressant was suppressing the menopausal symptoms, and that now that I am off it they are coming back. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
