Vaccination regulations in CT
Does anyone know what the law requires for vaccinations in Connecticut? My daughter will be going to college there and their form suggest all students must have all vaccines but at the top of the form it states must comply with CT vaccination law. Is there a CT waiver? Neither she nor I, want vaccines.
If she must get vaccines, does anyone know how to prep the body for the lease amount of damage and detoxing after. The form does state positive titers test will qualify so if there is no way to get a waiver we will do titers testing first.
Is there a way (homeopathy maybe) to get positive titers even if not exposed to or vaccinated for specific diseases??
I thought I was done with this crap but forgot kids often go outside the state for college
HELP!!

There are homeopathics that will produce the titers you want. I don't know what they are specifically but I'm sure someone here does. Malandrinum and Thuja has been used to neutralize some vaccine substances. Incidentally, all laws mandating forced medical procedures including vaccinations is a violation of international law as spelled out in the Helsinki doctrine and the Neuremberg code that followed WW-II as a result of Bayer Corporation's activities in the death camps. Re: Vaccination regulations in CT
Presumably one could build immunity with prophylactic doses of the disease nosode, but would that show on a titer test? I don't know. I should think a healthy, unvaccinated constitution would be far less prone to developing an infectious disease than a weakened vaccinated one (but try proving that to CT authorities!).
But if the required vacs are many, multiple doses of different nosodes are going to stress the vital force. It would be better than the stress of vaccinations, but still not good, especially if there's not much time until she starts.
Your best bet may be to get a letter from your daughter's doctor saying that she cannot be vaccinated, provided he/she is willing to supply this. I did this for my son after he was diagnosed with IgA Nephropathy, an immunologically-mediated disease. But that was many years ago, and he had the excuse of an immunological disorder. (He was cured with homeopathy.) Absent some reason like that, the doc may not be willing to supply a letter.
Check with the state health department or with the college about the required vacs and possible exemptions.
Peace,
Dale

Re: Vaccination regulations in CT
Before calling I wanted to know more about the law in CT governing exemptions. Different states have different rules. And the school and state are probably not forthcoming with guiding you thru getting exemptions. They would rather you just comply
She starts end of Aug but forms need to be in by early July so time is an issue.
She will be going to YALE!! (pinch me pinch me...)
OK, now that the announcement has been made, I am so thrilled because they have an incredible food program, organic options available at every meal. They even have their own organic garden that supplies the school so I am so happy she wont have to eat GMO infested crap as the typical starving college student does. They are very progressive in that respect and religious tolerant as well so I can assume she will not be the first to attempt a waiver from vaccines. But I am sure the school is discouraged from making it easily known how to get around the vaccinations.
In their Q&A section they make it appear the vaccines are required but it states (fro their form)
Connecticut (CT) State law requires that all students admitted to any university located in Connecticut comply with the CT State Immunization Regulations. Obtaining the necessary immunizations and documentation is a Yale University pre-entrance requirement and must be completed before you arrive on campus. All students are financially responsible for all pre-entrance immunizations and blood tests.
Documentation of the required vaccines must be completed and signed by your healthcare provider which may be your doctor, nurse practitioner or physician’s assistant.
So, as long as it meets CT state law and CT allows the religious or other exemptions she should be OK. I have not called yet because I want to know a little more about our rights in CT first.
I will have her tested for titers first just in case things change after she gets in. And she did get vaccinations up to kindergarten age, and I want that on record in case they decide (the state) to shoot up all students despite objections. I would hope they wouldn't double vaccinate if they have records they already have the vaccine.
I am hoping to get advice from those who live there and have waivers before calling the state and the school. I might try to find a CT lawyer that knows this area of the law to consult with first as well.
My next mission is finding a local (Tampa Bay area, FL) doctor that will preform titers and be accommodating to avoiding vaccinations. If anyone knows an MD in this area that understands parents like me I would love their name. I would prefer a homeopath with an MD or one with alternative med training, of course. She hasn't seen her pediatrician in almost ten years so speaking with her will be difficult trying to get past the gate keepers to see if she would be accommodating to a no vaccine option.
Thanks so much for your insight

Thank you so much!!
This had the link to the exemption form and info specific from CT to college health services.
I still want to get titers tests because it also states if there is an outbreak they can ban her from class so hopefully the tests will cover most and what she doesn't show immunity for I can seek a homeopath educated in this area. She is very healthy with good immune system.
Suggestions welcomed or if anyone here studied in this area please contact me.

sounds great for your daughter with the organic options!

here is CT law

4. . Documentation from the student that such an immunization is contrary to his/her religious beliefs,
Just a statement saying the above
But CT is doing what many other states are doing - trying to get rid of exemptions so many are working hard there to stop it

Re: Vaccination regulations in CT
Yes, you have no idea how many times I have cried happy, relief, and disbelief tears since finding out she was accepted. I've been researching everything since, They even post their menu online for each dinning facility so they can go to anyone they want to eat at. They offer, a week before classes start, a bonding type experience andshe can pick from things like hiking, and stuff but also one to work on an organic farm for a week before classes start. She worked her but off in high school and it has paid off in a big way.
Thanks for the links, it appears a religious exemption is all she needs but like you said, the government is trying to do away with our rights. I will get titers tests but I will assume she wont have immunity to what she hasn't been exposed to. If I knew someone with chicken pox I would have them come over, lol. I don't want her stressing she will get kicked out of class if there is an outbreak of something so as long as her titers test say she has immunity to all required vaccine diseases she wont have to worry. She doesn't want a vaccine but she might cave if they pressure her. She worked to hard to get there and will probably give in if they lean on her to do it.
If anyone here can help with producing the antibodies for the following (she might have some already but these are the ones on the form she has to be vaccinated for or have positive titers test for)
These are the "required" ones - measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, meningococcal((-quadrivalent??) there is no titers option on this one), and a TB test.
Then they state some are "recommended" - polio, tetanus, diptheria and Pertussis, hep A and B and HPV
She had vaccines up to age five so those should be OK, I just need to get those records from the doctor's office. I wont be submitting the records, just the titers tests for fear of questioning why it was once OK and now not OK to get vaccines.
So I would like to work on those that she doesn't test positive for.
Thanks again for any suggestions.

She starts
end of Aug
but forms need to be in by early July so time is an
issue.
She will be going to YALE!! (pinch me pinch me...)
OK, now that the announcement has been made, I am so
thrilled because
they have an incredible food program, organic options
available at every
meal. They even have their own organic garden that supplies
the school so
I am so happy she wont have to eat GMO infested crap as the
typical
starving college student does. They are very progressive in
that respect
and religious tolerant as well so I can assume she will not
be the first
to attempt a waiver from vaccines. But I am sure the school
is
discouraged from making it easily known how to get around
the
vaccinations.
In their Q&A section they make it appear the vaccines
are required
but it states (fro their form)
Connecticut (CT) State law requires that all students
admitted to any
university located in Connecticut comply with the CT State
Immunization
Regulations. Obtaining the necessary immunizations and
documentation is a
Yale University pre-entrance requirement and must be
completed before you
arrive on campus. All students are financially responsible
for all
pre-entrance immunizations and blood tests.
Documentation of the required vaccines must be completed and
signed by
your healthcare provider which may be your doctor, nurse
practitioner or
physician’s assistant.
So, as long as it meets CT state law and CT allows the
religious or other
exemptions she should be OK. I have not called yet because I
want to know
a little more about our rights in CT first.
I will have her tested for titers first just in case things
change after
she gets in. And she did get vaccinations up to kindergarten
age, and I
want that on record in case they decide (the state) to shoot
up all
students despite objections. I would hope they wouldn't
double vaccinate
if they have records they already have the vaccine.
I am hoping to get advice from those who live there and have
waivers
before calling the state and the school. I might try to find
a CT lawyer
that knows this area of the law to consult with first as
well.
My next mission is finding a local (Tampa Bay area, FL)
doctor that will
preform titers and be accommodating to avoiding
vaccinations. If anyone
knows an MD in this area that understands parents like me I
would love
their name. I would prefer a homeopath with an MD or one
with alternative
med training, of course. She hasn't seen her
pediatrician in almost ten
years so speaking with her will be difficult trying to get
past the gate
keepers to see if she would be accommodating to a no vaccine
option.
Thanks so much for your insight

Presumably one could build immunity
with prophylactic doses of the disease nosode, but would
that show on a titer
test? I don't know. I should think a healthy,
unvaccinated
constitution would be far less prone to developing an
infectious disease than a
weakened vaccinated one (but try proving that to CT
authorities!).Â
Â
But if
the required vacs are many,
multiple doses of different nosodes are going to stress
the
vital force.Â
It would be better than the stress of vaccinations, but
still not good,
especially if there's not much time until she
starts.
Â
Your best
bet may be to get a
letter from your daughter's doctor saying that she
cannot be vaccinated,
provided he/she is willing to supply this. I did this
for
my son after he
was diagnosed with IgA Nephropathy, an
immunologically-mediated disease.Â
But that was many years ago, and he had the excuse of an
immunological
disorder. (He was cured with homeopathy.) Absent
some
reason like
that, the doc may not be willing to supply a
letter.
Â
Check
with the state health
department or with the college about the required vacs
and
possible
exemptions.Â
Â
Peace,
Dale

How so?
Read Hahnemann's Aph 141 footnote - it implies the opposite is the case.
And I find it so in animal homeoprophylaxis.
Timing may be an issue.

Sometimes in life...decisions must be made....with open eyes to the future.
Yale diploma vs. very possible long term health effects for the young woman (and future genetic damage for her children)......
I have children who made the decision to attend schools with vaccine exemptions.
