Is anyone please able to help with rubric for sensation of ground glass in abdomen about 1 inch below navel, always present, worse lying on abdomen.
haven't seen patient yet but the little I know includes that he is easily offended, holds a grudge, hypochondriacal, muscle aches and pains, pains around sacro-iliac region.
Doesn't have the drive of some nux patients but nux has a cutting sensation in abdomen.
Will rep it out totally when I see him but would like to pinpoint some rubrics that at least fit this glass sensation. Anything I can find relating to glass does not appear to fit this particular abdominal sensation.

glass sticking in anus and rectum in every direction; as if rectum protruded

hr1 - Ratanhia peruviana] - Compare : Iris vers., Canthar., Sulphur, in
rectal symptoms; Thuja in sensation of splinters of glass in rectum and
anus.
mp1 - Mephitis putorius - Eyes] Eyes - BREAKING glass, sensation of, on
opening eyes

the body is brittle, made of glass ("Frail, sensation of being"), as if it
can be easily injured. For example, when they shake hands, they are very
careful that their bones do not break

tongue, lower lip and cheek
