What is HP protocol?
I don't know but this is very disturbing because I am one of their customers and I love what they do. I'll definitely ask, but it doesn't appear that they can't sell remedies anymore. I am not a practitioner of course, but my homeopath had to be in their database so he could prescribe and I could order. I don't think it will impact our orders... hope not.
Everything, including the sarcodes (sp) they made for my legs has been 100% effective in the Fseries. The sterile coconut cream wound salve is impeccable and there is no reason to think of this as being anything but some government overreach!

Dear Practitioners,

We were recently visited by the California State Department of Public Health (Food and Health Board) regarding website information compliance, directly relating to our Homeopathic Remedies. This includes a lack of disclaimer, and various other issues.
During this period of scrutiny you will notice that we have removed all Homeopathic Remedies from our website. We ask that you email us or call our toll free number.
Also, a note to all Practitioners who use the HP Protocol: We ask that if you are not working with FHCI that you fax us your HP Remedy Prescriptions. We are required by law to have this on file at all times, the prescription is required for purchase.
We appreciate your business, and we ask for your patience during this time. We receive a high volume of emails and calls per day and we understand that during this time that volume will increase.
Thank you!
Emily

Maybe HP stands for Homeopathic Prophylaxis. This would make sense with the current requirement for prescription, as it (homeoprophylaxis) uses nosodes, which I think are to be prescribed by an MD since they involve disease materials.

And the fact that we take all of this flack because there is "nothing in" homeopathic remedies, that doesn't stop them from being treated as though they were toxic…

Yes, "HP" stands for Homeopathic Prophylaxis.
And yes, it is quite hypocritical that "they" are overly sensitive about nosodes but not so about remedies, as by "their" own definition, there is nothing in them.
I&E Organics is a great homeopathic apothecary to be using. They work very hard to produce only the best. If anyone's not heard of them, I would very highly recommend considering them.
In health!
