Yes cumin seeds and oil are winners! Do you understand what the differences would be? Have you ever purchased cumin oil? I am currently infusing olive oil with black mustard seeds and garlic for culinary purposes but it's still "infusing" in the jar. I'm going to do the same with cumin and see what happens because I don't see any other way to get oil from cumin!

Keep reading and keep changing as you treat yourself. I made a mistake that was very painful over the past few days. I was putting the jar goodies on top of raw nuts. My gut didn't handle the skins or something. If you put the anti-inflammation on raw nuts (PALEO) test your gut w/nuts slowly. Since I too am a Scorpio, I tend to think a lot is better than a little! How many times do I have to learn this lesson?
Thanks for your update. Also, seems like the Middle East is light years ahead of the so called Western intelligencia! Of course we know that but need to be reminded periodically.
