Great story Soroush!
You are exactly write 1 dose and wait a few days and figure out if right remedy given, if need to repeat or wait longer............. have to monitor to determine when to repeat and NOT repeat routinely OR NOT wait routinely. Then with monitoring you figure out the frequency of dosing - what he has described is NOT accurate LM dosing.
